Under the supervision of the Program Coordinator, i participate in designing and implementing an evaluation of the Healthy Start program. Specific tasks are given below..
Participate in evaluation design and monthly evaluation coordinating meetings.
Conducting qualitative interviews and focus groups with program participants.
Manage program evaluation data, including generating analyses and summaries at regular intervals.
Contribute to the presentation of evaluation findings and the production of annual reports.

Assist in designing, developing and executing construction projects.
Visit sites, prepare construction drawings and develop samples.
Work with engineering team in developing construction plan.
Determine budget, schedule, manpower and material and equipment requirements to execute construction project.
Report all expenses to Project Manager on timely basis.
Maintain quality assurance standards for projects.
Provide technical assistance to field staff when needed.
Analyze construction problems and recommend corrective actions.
Order and stock construction materials to avoid shortage
