§  Manage all direct and indirect taxation matters and ensure that Company has complied with governing tax regulations. Manage all aspect of tax audits and notices and submission of sales tax, withholding statement returns and annual income tax returns.
§  Introduce and manage entire ERP project with a view to achieve business objectives by producing accurate and timely information input. Drafted functional requirements for ERP systems to represent the processes and functions involved. Perform testing on integration and non-integration of the ERP modules at different levels, advise and monitor changes to ensure it covers every aspect of the business operation.
§  Identify business risks and evaluate its effect on the Company financials along with the recommendations.
§  Design and generate various reports including product wise and institution wise profitability reports, evaluates the data and prepare summary of the performance of the Company in different regions and operating segments.
§  Prepare quarterly and annual budgets and perform variance analysis at the end of each quarter. Provide suggestions for improvement.
§  Liaise with external auditors to ensure the completion of the audits and obtaining deliverables.
§  Actively participate in firm’s practice development and marketing projects.
