I’m working here as Hydraulic Technician. My job is to maintain heavy vehicles in good working condition. It includes routine and breakdown maintenance to all kinds of vehicles. I’m working on small cars, SUVs and heavy duty vehicles, armed vehicles. That includes of Ford, GMC, Chevrolet, BMW, Mercedes, Dodge, RAM, MAN, Cadillac, Volvo, Renault, Toyota Isuzu, Suzuki, Hyundai, Hino, Caterpillar multi brands etc. basically I am dealing with the heavy duty vehicles but also light automobile its computed functions electronic scanning. It’s a military equipment workshop, there which my company had contract with them I’m working on their equipment.
I did my job there as the Mechanical Supervisor of the maintenance workshop. And my job role was to maintain all earth moving heavy or light vehicles in good working condition, as well as inspection, repairing, troubleshooting, scanning, electronic wheel alignment, wheel balancing, engine service and testing of automobile parts. Bring and put data sheet on computer of all heavy equipment and automobile. These equipments of different brands like Toyota, Hyundai, Isuzu, Suzuki, Caterpillar, Samsung, Hitachi etc.
My job was Heavy Duty Equipment and Vehicle Mechanical Technician as a contractor in the ADNOC Borouge Polymer Plant. My duty work criteria was to fix the automobile Heavy Duty Vehicles of Hino, IVECO, MAN, Mercedes Benz,Mitsubishi,Scania,Volvo,Doosan,Caterpillar,Hyster,Linde,Manitou,Tadano, Kalmar, Terberg, etc. (Terminal tractors, heavy trucks trailers, excavators, power generators, hydro jetting machines, cranes, forklift, ECH, JCB, STS, RTG, etc to make under HSE rules the relevant equipment running in good condition.
My job was as a Heavy Duty Mechanic as a contractor in the ADNOC group's Borouge Polymer Plant. There I worked on heavy diesel equipment of Hino, IVECO, MAN, Mercedes, Scania, MAN, RAM, Isuzu, Hino, Hyundai, Benz,Mitsubishi,Scania,Volvo,Doosan,Caterpillar,Hyster,Linde,Manitou,Tadano,Grove, Kalmar, Terberg, etc. like forklift up to 35 tons, mobile cranes up to 200 tons, JCB, ECH, hydro jetting machines, reach stacker, forklift heavy trucks, trailers up to 5 tons, terminal tractors, container, excavators, chassis, man lifts, electric power generators up to 200 KVA, etc equipments. Equipment inspection, computerized diagnosis, repair, adjustment, replacement of faulty parts bring all work under HSE safty rules was the main concept.
I did work there as a Mechanical Supervisor. It’s a transportation company, and I was there to monitor and supervise the working of auto buses and other heavy equipment, including maintenance, parts assembly, disassembly, and computerized equipment testing. Also to diagnose faults using computerized equipment. Auto parts inspection and testing, electronic wheel balancing wheel alignment.I learned there how to handle breakdowns maintenance and routine work. All visual inspection and computerized inspection of automobile vehicle working accessories and parts as well as damaging reasoning factors and to ensure safety of manpower.
I did work there as Maintenance Supervisor my job was to handle Mechanical maintenance work of Maintenance workshop and also supervise and monitor the machinery working and its production. I got the experiences of production work shut down maintenance, break down maintenance, welding forgings, and packaging etc.
