Associate Filling & Packing
• Responsible for smooth operation of TP filling machines TBA-22 and TBA A3 speed (125ml,200ml,250ml), TBA-08 (500ml/ 1000ml/ 1500ml) and its packing line (Helix, auto packer, shrink and carton sealer).
• In controlof daily and weekly care internal cleaning of machines (CIP, ICU).
• In chargeof all tetra pak machines & PLE machines operation and smooth safe and good production in all aspects.
• Managed production efficiencies of machines and production record etc.
• Observed machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of filled or packaged products to standards.
• Inspected and removed defective products and packaging material and removed products or workpieces from production equipment.
• Identified and participated in the resolution of safety related issues, reports all accidents to the Production Supervisor as soon as they occur.
• Assisted with packaging material changes during product changeover.
