❖ Leading teams through planning, execution and completion stages of audit.

❖ Compliance review of Code of Corporate Governance.
❖ Communication with the clients to obtain and understanding of the client
business and discuss the significant matters and risks relating to significant
cycles;
❖ Critical review of the clients’ system of internal controls and highlighting there
deficiencies;
❖ Ensuring that planning, execution and reporting on audit and other assignments are
appropriately documented as required by professional standards;
❖ Ensuring that appropriate disclosures in financial statements have been made in
accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as adopted by
Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and Securities and
Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), Accounting and Financial Reporting
Standards for Small and Medium Size Entities together with the requirements of
Technical Releases issued by ICAP, Companies Act 2017 .
