Naheed is an experienced almost 7 years ME and consultant to development organizations. She is public speaker on the complexities of the cultural, social, and economic, evolving in Pakistan. She has served as a consultant to international public and private development aid institutions engaged in rural health, education, and human rights projects in Pakistan
Like many international consultants with core capabilities organizing women, in my case She also have experience in seemingly unrelated fields like project start-ups, close-out assessments, turn-arounds, marketing and promotion, conference management and government relations.
She has designed programs, built teams, managed subcontractors, identified research priorities, organized distributions and assessed program impacts. She has trained SMEs, extension workers,Credit Extension Workers and municipal officials and teachers.
Most of her recent work has been in social mobilization, poverty elimination, child labor and most gratifying work is to identify income-generating activities, creating jobs and raising incomes. Her greatest value to projects may be in institutional coordination and interaction with government officials.
She knows how to do her homework, know who's who, who's important and why, when to keep listening and when to speak up.
