She has served as a consultant to international public and private development aid institutions engaged in rural health, education, and human rights projects in Pakistan

She has designed programs, built teams, managed subcontractors, identified research priorities, organized distributions and assessed program impacts. She has trained SMEs, extension workers,Credit Extension Workers and municipal officials and teachers.
Most of her recent work has been in social mobilization, poverty elimination, child labor and most gratifying work is to identify income-generating activities, creating jobs and raising incomes.
