As a Manager FA & Resin & technical Experience as a Senior Process Engineer Supervise a team of process engineers to translate the limited information from the Concept Selection Report and/or Basis for Design to a full process design and project specifications.
Hand on Experience & Work on SH-ERP & SAP-ERP S4-Hana software’s for effective data processing and information flow across the Company.
Prepare Process Engineering Cost, Time and Resource (CTR) Catalogue for projects.
Supervise a team of process engineers assigned to a project area (supervised by Project process Lead).
Contribute to Basis for Design, Basis of Design, and Project Specifications/Philosophies.
Carry out/review Process Simulations Models and Flare & Blow down Simulations.
Generate/review Heat & Material Balance (H&MB) Tables.
Develop Process/Utility Engineering Flow Schemes and Process Safeguarding Flow Schemes.
Carry out Process Engineering Studies.
Participate in Design Reviews, HAZOPs, IPF Classifications, 3D Model review, Plot plan, etc.
As a Process Safety Engineer Develops and implements inspection policies and procedures, and a schedule of routine inspections. Develops health and safety procedures for all areas of the company. Prepares and schedules training to cover emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant topics. Monitors compliance with safety procedures.

Compile project decision support packages in conjunction with cross-functional Company and thirdparty resources, to include the following: project premise, project schedule, cost estimate, scope of work, drawing package, basis of design, and risk matrix.
Responsible for tracking key project deliverables and adjusting plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers, reporting the status to management and making corrective actions.
Develop and/or review and redline 3rd party developed drawings and documents, including plot plans, P&ID's, one-line diagrams, civil/structural design, surge studies, pipeline routing, alignment sheets, plats/sketches/deeds, non-environmental permitting, hydrostatic tests, etc.
Engage with equipment manufacturers, service providers, and industry professional organizations to stay current with the latest design and maintenance technology, to include industry best practices.
Lead the resolution of technical/engineering issues during engineering, construction, and commissioning.
Lead teams providing integrated delivery (engineering, procurement and construction management) for major chemical capital projects and programs.
Hand on Experience on engineering tools as Aspen HYSYS (6.5 & 7.3), COMSOL Multiphysics 4.3, MATLAB, ChemCAD, Autodesk Plant Design Suite & AutoCAD. ISO 9001-2008, ISO 90012015, (OH & S) ISO 45001-2018 and (EMS) ISO 14001-2015.
