Creation and Organizing the IT department from root level by making and implementing the SOPs. Design & Deployment of IT and Network infrastructure from scratch. Configuring AD, Switches, RDS, application publishing for data security. Leading the procurement process of IT equipment. Organizing the IT inventory. Mikrotik firewall (LAN/WAN/TRAFFIC SHAPER/NAT RULES/VPN/DHCP/ etc.) 

Working on Dell VRTX, Blade Servers Installation, Working and Maintenance of VM's (Virtualization). Installation and Management of AD Server 2012R2, Image Server, Firewall (Kerio), Elastix (VOIP), File Server on Citrix platform.
Define & implement network policies, MS Group Policy, setup user accounts, permissions and passwords.
Network Management and Configuration of Switch (Distribution, Access D-Link DS-151028 ,1210 etc), Full Network Rack.
Management & troubleshooting of network printers by contacting external services providers.
To attend, solve and maintain complaint register for prompt rectification of MIS related problems faced by the employees.
To monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Conduct daily network backup operations
Stock management of consumable items i.e. tonners, keyboards, mouse etc.

 Installation and maintenance of TMG (Threat Management Gateway) on ISA Server
 Installation and maintenance of Bandwidth Splitter
 Handling and management Video Surveillance through CCTV Camera
 Administration and implementation of network equipment’s/ devices for the organization
 Configuration & Troubleshooting of Devices.
 Maintain Connectivity and Network Security
 Identify any OS and network issue
 Monitoring and reporting daily/monthly backups.
