Arbab Ali has more than six years’ experience in the humanitarian and development sector of Pakistan. Area of work consists on Agriculture and Nutrition, Maternal and Neonatal Child Program, Research and Data Collection, Child Rights, Child Health, Child Education, Economic Empowerment, Emergency Response and DRR. He did Bachelor degree in BBA and LLB and earned Master degree in Business Administration and Sociology from the University of Sindh, Jamshoro, Pakistan. Job Description:
•Responsible for ensuring high quality project implementation, monitoring and reporting of all project activities.
•Coordinate the activities at district level, particularly those related to improving nutrition security.
•Facilitate team in Social Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) campaigns regarding nutrition behaviors, in targeted communities.
• Capacity building of agriculture extension staff on nutrition sensitive agriculture, including activities on kitchen gardens and community activities, such as community nutrition education sessions, KGs demonstrations etc.
•Facilitate team in formation of Former Field Schools (FFS male & female) in targeted areas, establishing of kitchen gardens and demo plot.
•Facilitate team in conducting Village Profiling and screening activity.
•Facilitate and trained enumerators in conducting baseline household survey in targeted area.
•Provide support in the organization and follow up of training sessions for selected farming communities.
•Support the nutrition monitoring and evaluation plan, including collection of nutrition data.
•Collaborate with other initiatives and government programs and structures in the district.
•Work in close coordination with the Agriculture extension team at district level.
