• Responsible for all the branch operations within area, having at least 6-8 branches in different Districts/Tehsils. Ensure growth targets at area level
• Responsible to ensure overall branch performance and profitability and reports to the Regional Manager.
• Oversee all field operation activities within his area including setting up of the branches, meeting the business plan targets, and acting as organization’s representative at the Area level.
• Involved in the expansion of new branches and service centers in the Tehsils of Hattian & Pindigaib.
• Monitor assigned tasks like including tracking financial performance, monitoring credit risk and social performance by doing extensive field visits to ensure Kashf’s investments are impactful, and aligned with Kashf’s goals and mission. Provide updates to Regional Manager as well as to Head office Ops team on portfolio’ risk and social performance status as necessary.
• To ensure that planned activities are successfully implemented. Identifies the gaps during the spot checks and provides time to time feedback to staff and proposes the ways to address gaps.
• Carry out regular data quality checks — e.g. field visits to spot check and guide teams on data collection, their performance and community mobilization.
• Participate in weekly review meetings and provide feedback on progress and challenges
• Participate in daily meetings before leaving for field.
• Monitors security situation in all branches by keeping close contacts with branch staff and reports to the RM as necessary.
• To ensure that all Ops /HR/Financial/Administration manuals to be well defined and implemented in branch as well as field by all area staff.
• Keeping branches at low Risk and constantly improvement towards excellent as per organization standards.
• To conduct quality control activities in accordance with instructions, inspection of different products using specified control measuring and testing equipment.
• Ensure the products quality monitoring against the benchmark indicators set in the compliance framework and respond to all reports prepared by compliance/IA department on their monthly visits to branches.
• Ensures the authentication of quantity and quality of product’s achievements coordinating relevant personnel; disseminates feedback reports to concerned staff.
• Competition and market analysis
• To provide key input to senior management on different strategies and recommend changes in policies as per market need. Represent the organization at District level as well as province level
• Prepare in detailed weekly/monthly plans including field travels/branches visits while adhering to quarterly/annual work plan targets and indicators. Weekly Overdue Report and Narrative in case of overdue or under achievement.
• Ability to maintain data records, and prepare reports and correspondence related to the work.
• Ensure narrative and financial reports are submitted to the RM in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure timely follow up of all visit reports (such as monitoring, coordination, audits, control visits).
• Excellent presentation, communication and report writing skills in English; Good conceptual, analytical and representational skills;
• Develop team capacity at both the individual and group level by organizing/ facilitating trainings internally or through learning team. Monthly Team meetings for review and planning.
• To identify problems and offering solutions to field staff.
• Appraisal of the performance of staff & to recommend for their promotions & increments.
• BM exposure visits.
