a) Responsible for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders regarding various aspects of   Order Management and Logistics. b) Ensuring orders are processed internally in a timely manner and submitted to the assigned vendors within the agreed turnaround time (TAT). c) Providing periodic update to the partners about the status of their orders as each milestone is achieved (PO acknowledgement, Order submission, Expected Packing Date-EPD, Arrival of Shipment at Destination and Scheduling Delivery). d) Coordinating with Freight Forwarders and Service providers in order to ensure timely movement, customs clearance and delivery of the shipment within the agreed deadlines. e) Working with authorities in the GCC to obtain local approvals required to clear IT equipment as part of order fulfillment process. Â
f) Closely coordinating with local sales team to make necessary logistical arrangements in order to cater for constantly changing market requirements and evolving industry standards. Â
