• To deliver mobile access network sites' TXN Media readiness with 100% benchmark meet up with E/// TN (SW/HW Upgrade matchup) for swap scenarios, including MW Link performance checkup and clearance of flaws in MW Links from end site to POP to trigger the swap process. • To streamline TXN and DataCom issues and resolve them by co-ordinating with Level II TXN/DataCom teams immediately & conduct on site configuration and verification for 2G & 3G VLAN Tagged traffic for IP based & AoIP sites and POP services with MAC learning checkup confirmation segment wise over WAN Ports. • Conducting E/// WAN Media throughput test with Network performance checkup with ZTE CE Routers at respective MGW with 100% configuration assurance of DataComm & media services for 3G and 2G swap, TXN Expansion/Protection check by keeping full provision of compatibility of ZTE & Ericsson DCEs & DTEs. • Tshoot, MW re-routes checkup, enable TR Ports WAN port assignments with Level II TXN NOC & clear TN visibility/media and to perform Ping tests from BTS sites to POP site, CE Router/ BSC/ RNC. Also did Commissioning/Tshoots at BTS end on BBU BS8900. • Handling Rollout and Relocations sites media readiness test activites, BTS cutovers, 3G New creation and site installations as per SOP. • MO matchup test with TXN media,coordinate with BO team, BOM matchup as per requirement,conducting DCS, GSM sector addition TRX addition, VSWR clearance, Cascading RRU, Pre and Post installations,3G New creation/Addition,resolve sector Swap,DC power health, 3G n-bps speed test. • Timely reporting overall work progress of south regions to manager with KPI / Data Rate meet ups & coordinate with customer on JVs.
