Responsibilities:
·         To attend the fault or breakdown in minimum possible time and its restoration to keep production down time as minimum as possible.
·         To provide HVAC and Utility services maintenance to all plant machinery and keep them in perfect running condition.
·         HVAC and distribution system.
·         Support Utility Operation to ensure safe, reliable operation with uninterrupted utilities supply to site.
·         Provide reliable plant utilities services steam, gas, and compressed air by involve in installations, modifications and maintenance activities on utility equipment and systems.
·         Operates, maintain, monitors and adjusts all water pre-treatment plant, RO Plant, DI plant and WFI plant and keep them in perfect running condition.
·         Performs daily rounds at the plant by visually checking facilities, equipment, machinery, chemical levels, and related systems to ensure proper operation and to detect equipment failures, potential leaks, or other problem situations.
·         Takes water samples and performs testing functions to evaluate plant operations.
·         Inspects, tests and evaluates incoming water supplies and equipment related to reverse osmosis treatment.
·         Operates, maintain and monitors Waste water treatment plant.
·         Timely renewal of SOPs & closure of Quality deviation CAPAs related to facility management & WWTP (Wastewater Treatment Plant).
·         Support manager to achieve financial objectives by preparing and controlling against approved annual utility operation budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions for utility equipment/systems and utilities services.
·         Recommend equipment-optimizing initiative by involving in the equipment installation/commissioning activities, discussing maintenance needs.
·         Resolve equipment performance issues by facilitating discussions with Utility Operation team to identify/define the problem and root cause, examine alternative solutions, and develop action plans.
·         Support project construction and commissioning by reviewing new commissioning plans, discussing equipment needs and modifications with contractors, engineers and consultants, coordinating activities related to utility equipment and systems.
·         Operation and maintenance of vertical turbine fire pump diesel engine, fire hydrant and fire hose reels.
·         During the site, ensured implementation of safety arrangement in the plant and indicated safety consciousness in the work force.
·         Report Engineering Manager regarding repetitive fault in machinery.
·         Ensure availability of all spare parts and maintain inventory day by day.
·         Ensure the GMP during the maintenance work. 

Having more than 5 years experience in O&M, installation, testing & commissioning of following services (HVAC, Fire Fighting & Plumbing) and also in lifting, shifting, loading, unloading of heavy equipments with the help of cranes on different Projects as Novartis consumer Health, Agha Khan University Hospital Karachi, GlaxoSmithKline, Hilton pharmaceutical company, Abbott Laboratories and Bahria tower Karachi etc.

Responsibilities:
• Good knowledge of MEP & HVAC installation and has demonstrated project management skills with the ability to work independently with contractor / sub-contractors and client.
• Detailed engineering and construction process knowledge in air conditioning, firefighting and plumbing services for commercial, residential, high rise & other buildings.
• Working on HVAC system including Air handling units, dehumidifiers, exhaust air fans, air compressors and heat exchangers.
• Experienced in central plant, Package units, split units, window air conditioners installation works, Duct fabrication.
• CHW Pipe installation Workshop Drawings & Material Submittal preparation, Materials & Fittings take off and Execution.
• Installation, Testing & commissioning of Air Handling Units with Heat Recovery Units, Fan Coil Units, ventilation fans, Air Washers, Chilled water pumps installations.
• Hands-on mechanical piping and plumbing works.
• Installation of Chilled Water Piping for Building Services HVAC System.
• Supervising the Erection of G.I Ducting for AHUs, FAHUs, FCUs and Make Up air Fans with accessories (Motorized Dampers, Volume Control Dampers, and Fire Dampers Final Fixtures).
• Responsible for installation of firefighting system (sprinkler system, fire hose cabinets, Hydrant system and fire pump sets).
• Installation of Plumbing systems including sanitary waste, vent, storm, domestic water distribution systems, purified water systems, medical gas systems, compressed air, vacuum, and natural gas systems.
