Working on different products for Canada Market such as POS Machines, ATM Machines Etc.     Working as customer service representative ensuring to handle incoming calls from customers.
Providing technical support on the POS or ATM machine.
Ensuring all the issues of the customers related to the products are resolved.
Trouble shooting the issue by involving processor of the product.
Ensuring customers issues are solved in professional manners and answering all the questions related to the product client has purchased.

     Worked for Inbound sales for US market on products such as Spectrum, Xfinity Comcast, Directv, Cox Communication etc.
Training new employees on complete product and helping them in order to close the sales accordingly.
Worked on back end ensuring customers are getting the services installed as per the install dates.
Ensuring calls are recorded and keeping information private and safe.

Worked as customer service supervisor team lead worked on hotel booking reservation in all over Pakistan guiding junior colleagues and training them on various different products.

Worked at Cargo village in Dubai cargo ware house making sure to forward the shipments in the airline in passenger and cargo aircraft.

Worked at Jebel Ali free zone area at Emirate Sky Cargo as Cargo handling assistant making sure to enter the shipments in system software and making sure to forward the same in trucks to connect the flights.

Worked as customer service assistant manager for USA telecom market on different wireless products. Helping junior colleagues and guiding them accordingly.
