· Supervise all districts level planned BISP activities and ensure the efficient, effective, and timely program’s implementation and program field operations (at FC as well as community level) and ensure implementation in compliance with the Operations Manual of BISP Project.
· Plan & prepare the detailed activity timelines for the field operations and ensure the timely implementation of each activity ensuring WFP visibility.
· Ensure the enrollment of 0-to 3 years Child in BISP Nashunuma Program.
· Keep effective liaison with key district stakeholders, local health authorities and partners including BISP ADs, POS, NADRA in the implementation of the project in the district.
· Identify the program needs in field and coordinate with relevant entities to ensure the placement of related support, besides this plan & develop need-based capacity building trainings/orientation in close collaboration with WFP, DoH & provide technical assistance for implementation to the target health facilities in the two districts.
· Mobilize, coordinate, and supervise the project related field activities of the staff, healthcare providers at the facility level (F/MOs/LHVs/FMTs) and Health Workers at the community level (LHWs/LHSs) and partner organizations involved in the implementation of the program in the target health facilities.
· Coordinate with the DHQ, THQs, RHCs and BHUs in the district to ensure the smooth and timely implementation of (Health & Nutrition & Conditional Cash Transfer) H&N CCT program cycle particularly enrolment and compliance process.
· Coordinate and follow up on grievances redressal/resolution at field level in close coordination with Provincial Coordinator, WFP PO Nutrition team & key service providers at community level.
· Provide the progress, monitoring, and relevant information/reports to WFP on periodic and need basis related to the execution of the project and share any recommendations challenge/issue hindering the project activities.
Responsibilities & Achievement:
· Develop and maintain strong coordination with all relevant stakeholders like Deputy Commissioner, District Health Officer, District Population Welfare Officer, and district coordinators of other MCH & FP component partners at district level.
· Lead a multi-disciplinary team (Dr, Nurses, LHV Engineer, Field Supervisor) of diverse backgrounds to deliver the programme objectives in respective area/region.
· Support the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to develop and systematically roll-out PPFP implementation plan in the district, capacity building on the PPFP strategy.
· Work with the government and program management team to select public health facilities from different tiers, that represent both rural and urban settings, for implementation of the project activities.

· Submit monthly work plan / activity calendar with Program team.
· Prepare / compile monthly reports in accordance with work plan.
· Act as a team leader of district level technical team provide them support in planning and management.
· Process monitoring of activities at field level in order to ensure the accurate translation of strategies into activities at ground level.
· Facilitate the donor, government and UNFPA team visits as and when required.
· Represent AKHSP at district level at all relevant forums.
. Manage data collection and reporting from designated health facilities on monthly basis.
Responsibilities & Achievement:
· Facilitate the programme implementation team, will implement the programme; develop the process and systems required for a proactive, sustainable, and scaled approach to poverty alleviation in the region.
· Deliver programme targets and plans & monitor programme components in Chitral.
· Oversee the team to systematically identify, assess, shortlist and triage families in need.
· Manage the Area Economic Development team and provide input to them in developing contextually appropriate \"pathways\" for economic development.
· Supervise and guide the implementation team in providing family-level support, case management, and case supervision.

· Coordinate with livelihoods / economic development team to conduct ongoing market analyses and focused employment, entrepreneurship and skills enhancement opportunities for the target segments.
· Engage with relevant business community and other stakeholders to establish/identify contextually appropriate development pathways & interventions.
· Participate in the hiring, training and supervision of teams including case workers, officers and volunteers in the respective area.
Responsible for designing, managing coordination, implementation, monitoring and evaluation mechanisms for community development component of AKAH.
As a program incharge upper chitral lead the multidisciplinary team like Eng Section SM section Health & Hygiene section M&E and admin team.
