• Semester wide program management, administration Management.
• Supervising the team in day to day tasks.
• Support in Counseling and Managing Student affairs
• Coordination regarding Students and Faculty matters internally and externally.
• Coordination with procurement for monthly budget and commodities of department.
• Processing contracts of Visiting Faculty, T.A`s and Supervisors for payments.
• Deal with activities and issues of Faculty.
• Schedule & Arrange QA Faculty Feedback session.
• Schedule and conduct events & Meetings of Department (Internal & External)
• Coordinate with HR in case of recruitment of Faculty, T.A, Supervisors.
• Venue booking and arrangement of IT resources and other stuff for meetings and events.
