• Establish & evaluate Supply Chain performance matrices such as Quality, Lead times, Supply
responsiveness, delivery performance, etc.
• Communicate and share our goals/vision with suppliers/vendors to elicit them as close partners in the
direction of global supply chain management.
• Develop & maintain mutually beneficial relationships with key suppliers & establish effective programs,
