NOTABLE ACHIEVEMENTS
At CPI, I converted financial data recording & reporting from Manual to Computerized. After that I went for Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) by developing different departments like AR, AP, Treasury & Taxation.
At DEL, I effectively managed accounting & financial matters of Civil Construction Area of around US$ 400 M. I successfully managed 6.50B by materializing AR in cash & somehow timely payments to financial institutions resulting in savings in markup.
At DEL, I successfully closed out huge volume projects & presented outcomes to the management.
At IKAN, when I took over, turnover was around 2.50B. I conducted a SWOT analysis & prepared a Business Plan related to different segments of company. It gave an insight which ultimately resulted in tremendously enhancement of turnover to 6.50B in two to three years with Balance Sheet footing to 5.0B.
At IKAN, I successfully negotiated with financial institutions to enhance funded & non-funded facilities from 125M to 1.50B at lowest possible prices with minimum possible margins & security mortgages.
At IKAN, I developed a Tax Planning mechanism which resulted in timely submission of tax returns with lesser audit observations. I also took measures to reduce unresolved tax audits & issues. ÃÆââ¬Å¡ÃâÃÂ

At Ghauri, implementation of SAP B-One was stuck up. I analyzed the whole scenario, made some adjustments & motivated team which resulted in real time data & reporting in very short time of around eight months.ÃÆââ¬Å¡ÃâÃÂ
For timely & accurate reporting, I developed an Automated Financial Package in Excel for Segmented Reporting duly synchronized with ERP. I also developed a Reporting Channel for Manufacturing Processes for its product wise actual costing.
