Determines candidates qualifications by interview, analyze responses, verifying references.
          Training & Development:
Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis and regular consultation with departmental managers.
Design and expand training and development program based on the needs of the organization and the individual.

           Administration:

Assist CEO in banking work.
Personal and corporate bank account opening.
Customer’s inquiry and payments.
