* Provide technical support to the Birth Registration field staff for the effective accomplishment of their tasks.

Assisting the AME Unit in the development and implementation of Appraisal, Monitoring and Evaluation strategies by collecting quantitative and qualitative data on ACTED programs and general pre- project data.
Any necessary assistance to data entry of information collected through AMEU assessments and Program data.
AMEU monitors also work closely as a part of the team unit with field and program staff. Monitors role is to support programs in their improvement and provide reliable information for coordination and management decision making and recommendations on projects.
Development of data collection tools and methodology.
Working closely with AMEU Officer to design appropriate information collection tools and methodologies including the assessment ToRs, questionnaires etc, and assist where necessary by translating these tools and methodologies.
Data Collection
Ensuring transparent, accurate and timely collection of data by administrating surveys, conducting focus groups of other participatory information collection tools as well as collecting secondary data.
Reporting
Provide regular reports to the AMEU Manager/AMEU Officer at frequent intervals on the progress of the implementation of the assessment activities and on the AMEU monitors observations during the mission.
Working closely with the Database and MIS Managers to provide accurate data and where necessary assist the data entering.

Assist the Sr. Cash Transfer Manager in designing the on-the-job vocational training component of the project (cash-for-training), in line with project proposal, and by defining: objectives, beneficiary selection criteria, payment modality, documentation
Assist the Sr. Cash Transfer Manager in liaising and collaborating with Finance
Support the CMOs in collecting all relevant information related to beneficiaries and interested employers, by training them on the use of data collection templates and supervising data collection to ensure its completeness and accuracy
Analyze and report on technical information collected in the field
Collect all information sheets (beneficiary lists, registration forms, distribution lists, and others) from concerned CMOs and submit them to the Database Officer on a timely basis, in order to ensure prompt data entry
Collaborate with M&E Officers in their daily monitoring activities and share timely information with them, provided that the Sr. Cash Transfer Manager will be responsible for sharing weekly and monthly field plans
Identify opportunities for on-the-job vocational training and facilitate the matching between eligible beneficiaries and local micro and small firms
Support the CMOs in engaging the community in on-the-job vocational training activities, and in facilitating the community’s understanding of this intervention
Support and supervise the enrolment and regular attendance of beneficiaries in on-the-job vocational training, as per procedures agreed between Finance and Program
Organize vocational training courses and supervise their implementation
Assist in producing/updating program documentation based on project information provided by the Sr. Cash Transfer Manager
Support the Sr. Cash Transfer Manager in coordinating & implementing marketing and enterprise activities
Coordinate with the Program Officer to manage project information and maintain all documentation related to business
Under the supervision and guidance of the Sr. M&E Officer, compile relevant and concise information for routine project reports, and occasional special reports as required
Collect complaints from beneficiaries and community members, and record them electronically, according to the pre-established template
Organize and file complaints and Office responses as per M&E Manager guidance
