- Preparation of Quota’s. KPI’s and Performance monitoring of team
- Ensuring performance achievements of the region as main contributor to main stream business.
- Dealing with corporate customers.
- Sales Metro products to new and old customers.
- Bring new customers.
- Develop and implement an action plan for each key customer.
- Visit customer according to the schedule and produce required reporting to line manager.
- Organize and support customer panels.
- Monitor market and competition and provide required reporting to line manager.
- Maintain sales target and no of customer visit.
- Provide feedback from customer to department managers in the store and to purchasing division.
