To deal with washer man for washing worker’s uniform and miscellaneous cloth. Also, verify washing bill and keep its record.
Ensure proper repair & maintenance of copiers, faxes, typewriters, PABX & UPS. Air conditioner.
To ensure proper water supply to corporate office & factory & rectify any fault in water distribution network by maintenance department or external sources.
To manage smooth running of dispensary and arrangement of medicines and necessary medical items as and when required.
To coordinate with outsourced security company for deployment of their security personnel & monitor their attendance. Also make sure clearance of payment.
To ensure lock/unlock all gates, offices of the Company.
