maintenance
 Planning, Project Management, Coordination, & execution of ongoing project.
 Managing project activities scheduling, manpower planning, QA/QC &progress monitoring.

 Communicate project status adequately to all participant Use project management tools to
monitor working hours, budget, plans and money spend Report and escalate to HOD.
 To initiate / prepare Engineering /Material submittal, Vendor approvals, RFI’s /ITP’s/ Method
Statement, Costing, Estimation, value engineering &tendering of Projects.
 Assisting Procurement department in Preparation of Comparative statement of MEP items
according to approved manufacture list and technical product analysis according to specifications.
QS Works (Bill / IPC/Claims preparation & review).
 Preparation and approval of project shop drawings. Estimation / Quantity takeoff from drawings & Material demand raise.
 Preparation of rate analysis for Non BOQ items.
 Submission& taking approval of MEP material submittals
 Raising &taking approval of MIR (material inspection report) upon delivery of various MEP
materials on site & manage material issuance.
 Liaise with the client and consultants to identify and define project requirements, scope and
objectives &resolving all on-site execution problems.
 Attending the daily coordination meeting with the construction managers to ensure team work.
 Being team leader responsible for assigning work among supervisors, electricians &plumbers and
schedule visits of sites with them for progress monitoring & QC for timely completion of project.
 Installation, testing commissioning of earthing system for LP , transformers, generators, MV, LV
panels& distribution boards including earthing mesh, copper rods& bare copper conductor rising
to the top roof parapets for LP system.
 Installation, testing commissioning of lighting system &power system (conduiting, wiring
&fixtures).
 Installation of raceways including conduiting for main homerun &base perforated cable trays for power &ELV system distribution. Installation, testing and commissioning of ELV systems.
 Addressable Fire alarm system (conduiting, wiring for fixing smoke/heat detectors & FACP’s.
 Telecommunication system, GPON system for voice &data (Elv trays, Conduiting, CAT6, Coaxial,
Fiber optic& fixtures).
 Installation, testing commissioning of drainage system (UPVC piping for apartments, Catch basins
for parking etc.)
 Ensuring all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with
Conditions of Contract, Particular & General Specifications, Contract Drawings, codes/standards &
BOQ Managing procurement for all MEP works. Preparing periodic reports for management
include variance/change claims, schedules, dispute, upcoming activities and safety records.
