3.   Making B.O.Q / Estimates for New projects, Alteration of offices and R&M works.
4.   Demolishing old building and then renovate / Rebuild with new design.
5.   Supervising & Checking Dry wall, Gypsum work, Ceiling work, Tile work, Paint work, electric work, Plumbing work of new sites and make sure and maintained high standard quality,
6.   Arranging and handling Labor
7.   Making budget and giant chart of new project.
8.   Allocation work to site engineers and subcontractor.
9.   Maintained QA/QC of all works and submitted Reports.
