+ Build a capacity in the department C & W, Punjab to execute the work as per new work design formula.
+ Make the department to arrange the necessary resources to run the program effectively.
+ Nominate the persons from the department for each road to update the physical progress via android applications throughout the work cycle of the project.
+ Provide training to the focal persons to run evaluation and monitoring system.
+ Provide training to the consultants to play their part in the online quality assurance system.
+ Addressing to the issues faced by the persons and get them resolved by the head office.
Make analysis files and competitive studies to analyze the participation by the consultants and department.
+ Update financial progress against the expenditure drawn from the allocated amount for a road.
