•Job Responsibilities are to understand customer needs and ensure to deliver services as per standards /guidelines.
•Making Endorsements and Renewals.
•Coordination in setup and process Scheme Activation. Responsible for Timely Fluctuation updates, Contribution and stamp duty.
•Inputting all new membership information into the database, PMD documents issuance in line of proposal.
•Respond to all enquiries e.g. providing policy information within service standards.
•Assist in any projects as required by the Deputy Manager-Operations. This will include projects in relation to Group Family Takaful and also those focused on improving Pak-Qatar’s overall service delivery.
•Respond to organizations inquiries about status, changes, or cancellations.
•Requests for information, request for proposal and request for quotation.
