I worked as medical superintendent government City hospital talegaon where I managed a secondary level hospital its resource Management, financial management, data collection of all indicators TB program, NCD program maternal and child health program and many more.

Talagang is a district at quarter and I work as deputy district health officer telang where I manage preventive and creative work of all districts this included EPI work ,Health facilities management,data collection,human resource management and many more

Talagang is a district headquarter and I work there as medical superintendent  of secondary level hospital where I managed human resource, financial management .PHC work,EPI work hepatitis work and many more

This was secondary level hospital and I managed human resource financial management,TB program ,mnch and punjab health care commission work.

At district headquarter level I worked as manager mother neonatal and child helth program and public health specialist where I controlled preventive aspect of maternal health and child health and was involved in controlling helth facilities from gynecologist to lower level upto  midwife.

I worked as District Manager Lhw program bridging gap between community and health department.For this I struggled for community to change their health seeking behaviour, worked for family planning, work on maternal and  child health, Health education ,Sanitation and all other PHC components.
