StoreSecured Inc. (April 2007 to August 2013)
I worked as a CSR (Customer Support Representative) for more than 6 years in California based company. It was an E-commerce company, a shopping cart builder. Our customers create online stores or websites to sell their items online, have add to cart functionality with secure checkout process. I have to take customer's chats, answer their tickets and reply emails to resolve their issues, worked on different marketing stuff to promote our online business as well.

Ravell Technologies..(Jan 2003 to March 2007)
I have worked in Ravell Technologies(Medical Transcription Company ) as a Data Administrator / Assistant IT Manager from Jan 2003 to March 2007. I have to get voice data from American physicians then distribute all voice files to transcriptionist in Lahore office, check daily client emails, queries to solve their issues and at the end of the day I have to send final transcribed files back to physicians in word format. Also I have to handle the network of 50 plus workstations, installation & management of different Medical and voice control software & dictionaries.



Projects

Real Estate Web application (eWorx)
Worked in adobe photo shop 6.0 in this project. My responsibility was to maintain graphic buttons and images using Adobe photo shop. I was involved in HTML Work too. I had learnt about browser independent html work from this project.

Computer shop web application
Worked on a computer shop website. I worked on HTML and web designing in Adobe photo shop Image Styler tool.

College Fee System in Visual Basic
I have made my college fee system in Visual Basic using ADO in last semester,
System was able to maintain student fee records and generate monthly reports of college fee defaulters.
