• Responsible for the sales and distribution management for Procter & Gamble in the whole section.
• To make periodic visits to the market and ensure stock availability in the entire territory along with constant increase in market penetration of our products.
• Setting targets to Sub Distributors according to IYA growth, analysis opportunities for secondary and primary sales.
• Established network of 15 distributors in the section with the support of sales team and continuously managed the network, to deliver a year on year business volume growth.
• Determine sales targets and monitor actual performance against the given targets by analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of sales methods, costs, and results through effective management of sales budgets.
• Guide & lead distributors to achieve daily targets in line with company SOPs & policies
• Supervise & manage Primary/Secondary sales by conducting rigorous spot checks both in trade and at distributor premises.
• Devise cost effective routes according to available resources to cover whole territory.
• Responsible for all Sub Distributors business, their Warehouse, Territories, ROI according to company requirement.
• Enforcing distribution policies and ensuring that the discipline is maintained.
• To review list of all potential outlets along with: Number of shops, coverage, financial strength, logistic strength, brands/clients, reputation etc.
• Responsible for the performance and business development by Distributors Sales Representative.
• Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
• Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Initiates and coordinates development of action to penetrate new markets.
• Assists Sales Representatives in preparation of proposals and presentations.
• Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Sales Officers.
