 · Administering the export / import wings by planning and implementing strategies and initiatives to ensure continuous improvement in both service and transit time performance.

·Overseeing the affairs of Customer Services, Supply Chain, Global Pricing, Port Operations and Documentation Department while training other staff for attaining continuous improvement.
