• Ensuring sufficient staff resources are available to cover workloads, managing the allocation of yard staff, drivers and trucks to meet customer demands efficiently.
• Analyze the financial impact of proposed logistics changes, such as routing, shipping modes, product volumes
• Manages 3PL relations activities of assigned providers to achieve efficient, reliable operations as well as transportation functions
• Analyze all aspects of corporate logistics to determine the cost-effective or efficient means of transporting products.

• Managing and monitoring stocks in Retail Outlets based on regular replenishments through OPTIMIZA, ERP, Active and trend forecasting in demand planner.
• Merchandising through range planning and through promotional set-ups in order to increase the sales and minimize lost opportunities.
• Ensuring that stock volumes are effectively managed and working toward just-in-time (JIT) methodology.
• Negotiating best value with suppliers, anticipating and forecasting demand and ensuring appropriate levels of stock are maintained.
