Funds Management Preparation of Cash Flows and forecasts.
Dealing with banks and Insurance Companies and facilitated liaison with tax consultants and internal and external auditors
Conducting all internal audits of Pakistan and Afghanistan office.
Dealing with external auditor for statutory audits of Pakistan and Afghanistan offices
Implementation of new software and complete liaison with software developers from inception to end.
Overall internal audit function, reviewing, designing, development successful implementation of complete accounting systems and internal controls, and adherence to management policies and systems.
Tax Planning and management (including preparation of tax returns and tax cases of income tax, sales tax, presented before taxation authorities).
E filing of monthly and annual income tax and sales tax returns.
Computation and filing of quarterly advance tax of company.
Preparation and filing of refund cases of sales tax to the concerned departments.
Keeping abreast of changes in financial laws and regulations.
Co-ordinate all offices of company in Pakistan, Afghanistan and Dubai.
