I have been trained as trainer and development professional. Over the last ten years I have been associated with national and international organisations under different capacities.I am pasho speaking . Currently, I am consultant and trainer.

My area of expertise are training need analysis ,module development ,team building ,event managment, team building, career counseling, Interpersonal Communication skills, Training of Trainers, Telley sheet analysis,Gender and gender base voilence, monitoring and evaluation tools and so on. I am a working member of Institute of Rural Management (IRM) Resource Pool. Pakistan.). I have also been the consultant to different UNICEF capacity building projects.
