My duties included designed M&E framework for the education monitoring project, developing monitoring checklist and tools, preparing training Manual and delivering training to DCs. Produce assessment reports, evaluate information and make recommendations to DCs. Manage budget, staff and released a robust budget to delivery partners. Finalization of grants with 22 member organizations to implement the project in 70 districts across Pakistan. Produced highly quality monthly and quarterly report to the donor agency. Develop and facilitate the IT unit to design a robust online system to report the activities by partners in real time.

The USAID Citizens’ Voice Project is a $45 million, seven-year democracy and governance project, the first of its kind in Pakistan. The project is a grant-awarding initiative which has so far announced sixteen (16) grants cycles on different thematic areas, resulting in awarding 299 grants worth the US $ 13.3 million. The project has resulted in counting partnerships with Pakistani organizations including community-based organizations, non-governmental organizations, private sector entities, professional and business associations, research institutes, and think-tanks.

Achieving this whilst supervising, directing & motivating a team of up to 6 staff members. Carry out a pre-award assessment of 15 organizations by visiting their offices to assess their organizational capacity on three decided indicators-organizational programmatic aspects, organization structure and policies, and visibility.
Achievements:
Being a Focal Person of six grantees, successfully awarded and closed grants across Pakistan. Design, finalized data collection, analyzing and sampling designing for identification of one million un-registered women who NIC was never made. Responsible for day to day monitoring of grantees, provide technical support to achieve the target in a given timeframe. Conduct field visit across Pakistan to assess the work done by the grantees and made necessary recommendation to improve the results and maintain the superior quality of data.
Worked as Program Officer in TDEA-FAFEN in the Project title: Ilm Possible Take a child to school project implemented in 60 districts across Pakistan and provided facilitation, monitoring, and support to almost 150 staff with following responsibilities.
