Confectionery & Beverages
• Responsible to plan, ensure volumetric targets and Regional operations.
• Forecasting for fiscal year, Range, SKU and Volume wise.
• To ensure product visibility in Company assets and execution of POP/POS material through sales team.
• To maintain, enhance and strengthen relations with Distributors.
• Responsible to strategic planning and execution at Regional level to increase efficiency.
• Monitor all sales team and Primary/Secondary sales.
• Managing the stocks availability at distribution setup.
• Full time coordination with the Company.
• Arrangement of distributor’s payments through check or cash.
• Responsible for all regional tasks.
• Maintaining the data and also present the achievements and weaknesses in monthly Regional Meeting.
• Also visit the towns for Audit purposes as per planned itinerary.
(Stock taking of distributors as per Company’s standard and placed as per defined stacking heights)
(Detailed market visit to check the availability of Company’s Sku’s as per shop standards)
(Highlight the area of improvement for O/B/DSR.
• Maintain daily targets, as per required run rate.
• Responsible for monthly damage claims.
• Checking of Sales Team’s TA/DA and monthly expenses according to their entitlements.
• Checking Sales Team’s daily market visit reports and tour reports.
• Rectifications of market problems.
• Look after 30 towns of North region from Jhelum to Rawalpindi, KPK, Hazara belt, Murree Kashmir belt.
• Leading more than 25 sales persons (Area Sales Manger, Territory Sales Officers and Order Bookers)
