I am position holder in Mass Communication. Currently working as a Project Manager in the NOWPDP Network of Organizations Working for People with Disability, Pakistan, before that I worked as a Project Coordinator in DevCon – An Association for Rural Development in Korangi. Previously I worked as a Project Coordinator SPARC - Society for the Protection of the Rights of the Child and before that worked as Project Manager, District Coordinator and Project Coordinator in Indus Resource Center and Election Trainee Reporter in Geo News Islamabad 2015. I covered Local Bodies Elections in Islamabad and Rawalpindi and remained a top performer during my duties. I also got the privilege to break results during elections, I collected all the election results earlier than my other fellows.
I have academic and training experience in a variety of fields including managing projects, social mobilization teachers training in both formal and non-formal education. Which also includes Early Grade Reading Assessment. Also, have vast experience in conducting diagnostic assessment of children core subjects.
My areas of interest include; politics, political reforms, political education, the role of community participation in rural development, project management, social awareness, social mobilization, research, and advocacy for the promotion of human rights. I have also managerial, administrative, and fieldwork project experience.
I also have experience covering General Elections 2018 in Karachi and Local Bodies Elections 2015 in Islamabad and Rawalpindi as a Geo News Reporter. Besides that, I have also experience in news editing and reporting and have actively worked as a team leader in Laboratory publications of the department “WEEKLY ROSHNI” (www.weeklyroshni.com) and Monthly Magazine “Shaoor”.

·Coordination with School Education and Literacy Department in reviewing and implementation of Inclusive Education policy.
·Mobilize communities, SMC and teaching staff to support inclusive education for girls and children with disabilities.
