Senior Engineer IT Infrastructure (Network, Hardware, Support)
➢ Managing Network over Fiber of Two Units Socks and Towel.
➢ Managing Domain Server, DHCP Server, Mail Server (MDaemon, Zimbra on Cloud), IP Telephone Exchange (Issabel), VPN Server, ERP Servers, Web Server (PFsense), VMWare ESXi, File Server (Samba), Cisco Switches, NAS.
➢ Lead on the management and maintenance of hardware and related software.
➢ Escort on researching and introducing appropriate new IT solutions
➢ Monitor the operation and performance of Network (including efficiency, integrity and security).
➢ Liaise with suppliers with regards to hardware faults, ensuring the provision of quality and cost-effective services.
➢ Configure laptops for staff traveling overseas, particularly with regard to internet/email access.
➢ Install hardware and software, including setting up network printers, queues and servers and configuring and adding new PCs to the Network.
➢ Maintain all written documentation regarding the Computer System, Hardware and Software.
➢ Research hardware and software options as new needs arise, identifying most appropriate suppliers, obtaining charitable discounts where possible, and making reasoned recommendations on purchases to the Chief Executive/Executive Director.
