JOB DESCRIPTION
• Detail Technical Study of Tender Drawings and help Preparing the Quotation for Project.
• Prepare the Project budget Estimation and Cost analysis Report.
• Prepare the required Materials, Consumable, Equipment and Manpower for Project and make sure Project will be Completed within Allocated Budget and Time frame.
• Finalize the Design and get the Update according to Aramco Standards and Codes.
• Monitor Fabrication of Steel Works in Workshop and make sure it meets the Aramco Standards and should be ready for site on time.
• Check and Finalize the Transmittals for Aramco Approval of Design and Materials.
• Coordinate with other Contractor and Solve the technical Issues related to site and Design.
• Attend the Weekly Progress Meeting of Aramco and discuss the Project Progress and
issues.
• Project Activity planning and execution monitoring.
• Make sure the Work Done at Site is according to Aramco Standard and Codes.
• Make sure the Material is delivered to site timely.
• Prepare the daily Progress Report for Aramco Showing the amount of Work done and restraints to Progress.
• Making Sure that the HSE standard of Aramco are met.
• Prepare all the necessary Documents for Project and Keep a record of Documents

1. In charge of Crank Shaft Machining line as a head of line to manage the labour and get maximum output as possible.
2. Maintaining Daily production report and check it according to the stock.
3. Daily production inspection report.
4. Maintaining daily production loss report according to the delivery status.
5. Collaboration to the maintenance department and make the production schedule according to the maintenance schedule.
6. Sustains and improves reliability, operation, maintenance, and systems documentation for production facility.
7. Manages the Crank Shaft Department operations, maintenance, projects, and departments including spare parts, inventory, budget, and compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
8. Implements a wide variety of engineering solutions to increase equipment availability, increase net operating rate, reduce operation losses, and achieve standard and acceptable production rates
9. Collaboration to the purchasing department for the purchase and make a report on the daily basis.
10. Check the production quality report and send it to the quality department.
11. Delivery of production according to the schedule from the client and check the report on the daily basis.
12. Check the line rejection daily and take the necessary steps to minimize the rejection in line.
13. Attend the daily production meeting and discus the schedule and problems related to production.

1. Maintaining the tooling of machines up to date and record of tooling.
2. Development of new parts starting from the casting and its machining.
3. Development of inspection procedure for the new parts and its quality check methods.
4. Checking the production schedule on daily basis and then maintain the production.
5. Job also includes the marking of CAST part and check its profile whether it is according the DCO and send the report to Casting Department.
6. Complete Marking of Pattern.
7. Amendments in drawings when required.
8. Gauges Inspection And Calibration
9. To check the part QUALITY after every process during manufacturing.
10. Design of Gauges According to Given Parameters.
11. To check the final Quality of new parts before supply.
