Formulate marketing plan and propose various marketing strategies in accordance to corporate policy for hospital brand.

• Develop and publish material of the hospital such as information booklet, leaflets, handbills, and brochure. These shall include the content, design, creativity and proof – reading etc.

• To plan and execute various activities as per the marketing strategic plans, for example, CME’s, Workshops, Medical Camps, and Patient Education Programs etc.

• To do regular fieldwork to understand and develop sound marketing plan.

• Develop relationships with businesses and community groups to promote the Hospital and Hospital Services

• Attend and participate in community development events.

Work with all stake holders to plan large community based events.

• Establishing and maintaining effective relationships.
• Develop strategies to promote a product.
• Product awareness programs through orientations/ group discussions in leading public & private sector hospitals.
• Development of marketing plan/ Launch plan to generate demand.
• Assisting team members with day to day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects and activities as requested.

• Developing and implementing sales strategies.
• Usage of products through presence in the surgical suite.
• Help in identifying the target audience of a product.
• Responsible for the sales of the products assigned in the given territories.
• Work with manager and business units to determine event budget and manage expenses to that budget.

• To ensure the highest standards of patient care.
• To establish and maintain teamwork
• Co-operation with the multidisciplinary team i.e. Nursing, Radiology etc.
• To ensure maximum benefit from coordinated care.
• Appropriate investigations (e.g. CXR, ECG, Lab work-up)
• Ensuring medical records, documentation and discharge .
