My aim in life is to serve for humanity where human crises occur globally and I have been working in Humanitarian sector, performed my services in Asia, Europe and in African continents on senior key levels. I have been in-touch with Coordination / Programmes / HR / Fin / E-Prep and security activities with various International NGOs on different core level management positions. I am a dedicated individual with the drive and energy to make positive change in humanitarian sector. My vision is to pursue humanitarian entrepreneurship with a dedicated focus to aim the sufficient knowledge and initiatives within organization according to the need.
It is worth to mention here, that I have developed strategic plans for complex continent perspective within organizations in different countries. In addition, I have several years of experience in communication / networking with Govt, INGO’s and other corporate sectors.
I have rich experience to conduct trainings for staff learning and development-in identifying individual and team learning and development needs, assist with the planning and development of learning activities, I am well aware how to lead the effective implementation of the development strategy and related tools by facilitating needs analysis, planning, delivery, implementation and coordination of all development interventions in various Missions.
I have worked throughout with international reputable organizations on different positions by contributing my comprehension, analytic, writing, coordination, and networking with presentation skills.
I have the ability to show leadership and support if the situation requires it. Project Management, Human Resource, Financial, Communication, Capacity building / training and Administration management have been my core area of strengths in order to achieve the objectives. I am good at writing and speaking. I know the art of constructing message according to the spectator’s need and their convenience.
