I am bachelors and Masters’ from Punjab University in Political Science. I am currently working as a MIS Executive in Sefam Private Limited. My job responsibilities include ERP system implementation with multiple modules, enhancing system modules with user requirements, TNA’s (Training Needs Assessment) for users, organizing training sessions for 500+ employees at different locations, troubleshooting at different training locations and creating help manual of the software. I have worked as a Sales Executive in the engineering department at ER Engineers. Where I trained and worked with different projects, My working experience includes organizing training sessions with different levels of management and implementations of ERP systems.
