I am a dynamic and self-motivated social science expert with a consistent track record of success in achieving a broad range of goals throughout my career, which brings a positive change in the management of any organization.
I possess around 15 years of experience with a multi-disciplinary professional background, having worked with different NGO/INGO and Donors. I have worked in different capacities including Community Mobilization, Micro Financing, Monitoring and Evaluation, Third Party Validation, Data Collection and Analysis, Data Management, Android based Surveys and High-quality Report Writing and Case Studies. I have knowledge, background and expertise in the areas including but not limited to Environmental and Social Management Frameworks, Livelihood, WASH, Social Protection, Teachers & Staff Training, Education, and Capacity building of grassroot level communities especially women.
Currently (Since June 2023), I am working as Monitoring & Evaluation Lead with Inspire Pakistan for collecting and analysing data on the performance and effectiveness of a Community Based Protection Project sponsored by United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) & GIZ for Afghan refugees and host communities in areas of ICT, Punjab and Sindh.
Previously (July 2023-December 2023), I worked as “Senior Evaluation Expert (Remote Consultant)” with an Italy based company IZI Methods, Analysis & Economic Evaluations Spa-Rome for the Impact Assessment of “Program to fight poverty through rural development in the provinces of Baluchistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Federally Administered Tribal Areas and Neighbouring Areas” implemented by Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund (PPAF) through different partner organizations.
Earlier, (December 2021 to May 2023), I worked as Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist at Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Government of Pakistan. I Developed comprehensive monitoring plans for each ongoing project outlined in PSDP to ensure effective oversight and progress tracking. Additionally, created monitoring mechanisms for new projects, to be incorporated into the PC-I framework, ensuring that these projects are well-structured from the outset. Also prepared detailed monthly monitoring reports, covering both the physical and financial aspects of each project, and provided recommendations to facilitate the timely completion of these projects. Furthermore, regularly visited each site for monitoring purpose and provided timely feedback to the Project Incharge (Secretary). I also provided support to different World Bank funded projects of in terms of designing their M&E frameworks. These projects mainly include “Response, Resilience and Recovery in Education Project (COVID-19-RRREP)”, “Pandemic Response Effectiveness in Pakistan (COVID-19-PREP)” and “Actions to Strengthen Performance for Inclusive and Responsive Education (ASPIRE) in Pakistan”.
Formerly (February 2019 to December 2021), I worked as Manager Monitoring & Evaluation at MM Pakistan Pvt. Ltd Islamabad to monitor and report on couple of projects including “Attendance Compliance Monitoring of Waseela-e-Taleem of Benazir Income Support Program (BISP)”, “WARSAK Dam Rehabilitation & Community Development Project” and “End Line Survey of Third Tier Organizations (TTOs)/Local Support Organizations (LSOs) sponsored by the Lahore School of Economics (LSE) and Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund (PPAF).
Previously (April 2013-June 2018), I rendered services to The Urban Unit, Planning & Development Board, Govt. of Punjab as Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist at to ensure effective and smooth implementation, coordination, monitoring and reporting of five years “World Bank funded Punjab Cities Governance Improvement Project (PCGIP)”.
Earlier (October 2011-January 2013), I worked with the ICF-GHK Consulting Pvt. Ltd. as Monitoring & Evaluation Officer for a project “Targeting Process Evaluation of Benazir Income Support Program” by conducting individual interviews of the BISP officials and the beneficiaries, across province Punjab.
Around four years (April 2008-October 2011), I remained part of the Punjab Rural Support Program (PRSP) as Social Organizer/Incharge Field Unit. My key role was to mobilize the rural people of district Faisalabad, formation of Community Organizations (COs), disbursement and recovery of Microfinance, Physical Infrastructure and Technical and Vocational Trainings.
My individual and team development skills are noteworthy throughout entire professional career including project implementation, training, team management, Android/ODK based surveys for data collection, data analysis, data quality and management, community mobilization, monitoring and evaluation, communication and interpersonal skills. I use a hands-on and supportive approach that leads to improve performance.

To ensure effective and smooth implementation, coordination, monitoring and reporting of five years “World Bank funded Punjab Cities Governance Improvement Project (PCGIP)” being implemented with the City District Governments, Water & Sanitation Agencies and Municipal Corporations of five mega cities of Punjab including Faisalabad, Lahore, Gujranwala, Multan & Rawalpindi. This has been done by developing M&E framework, M&E Plan, Data Collection Tools, High Quality Reports (Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-annual and Annual).
Monitoring and reporting of a project “Process Evaluation of Benazir Income Support Program (BISP)” sponsored by the World Bank. This has been carried out by conducting interviews of the BISP officer across Punjab and by conducting beneficiary’s interviews at their doorstep and BISP offices as well by visiting almost all the BISP offices within Punjab province. All the interviews with BISP officers and beneficiaries were reported in the form of Case Studies.
My key role was to mobilize the rural people of district Faisalabad, formation of Community Organizations (COs), disbursement and recovery of Microfinance, monitoring and reporting of small community led Physical Infrastructure schemes and Technical and Vocational Trainings.
