To manage the regional Alliance team with achieving growth and hitting targets successfully.
· To design and implement strategic Alliance plan that expands company's merchant base.
· To Acquire A+/A brands and conduct training for QR and Cards with the Senior Management of Merchant
· To manage recruitment, objectives setting, drilling and performance monitoring of Alliance team.
· To ensure compliance on all documentation & daily reporting / MIS.
· Identify problems and pacify through smart solutions
· Create opportunities for my company to grow (sponsorships, events, etc.)
· To plan and Manage out of Station Acquiring, Trainings and Visits
· To periodically perform Quality Checks for the entries in the backend system.
· To plan and Execute Mystery Shopping, and present a report to HOD
· To manage regional office Administration.
· To coordinate with Marketing, Operation and Technical department to ensure that the commitments made with merchants are being fulfilled.
· Analyze performance of regional team and maintain reporting dashboards

• Keep the office, administrative procedures and forms up to date.
• Fulfill the demands of branches by coordinating with head office & Vendors.
• Maintain petty cash and create a report for finance head at 30th of each month.
• Ensure the staff is following the SOPs of the organization.
• Prepare a forecast of expense for the upcoming month for the finance department.
