Contribute to the improvement in processes, practices and procedures under the logistics and supply chain management. Ensure that all staff and visitors to the office receive appropriate security briefing on arrival and immediately following any security incident (‘lessons learned session’) and provide security update during team meetings and monitor, update and disseminate security updates to staff regularly. Administer reporting staff leave schedules and work plans.
