To Deal all kind of Operations Like as HR, Admin Procurement & Logistics.
Responsible for the Planning, organizing, providing leadership and controlling to all administrative functions including all organizational related procurement, storage and fleet management, facility management and administration. To lead Proper storage and allocation of organizational assets and other equipment with regard to health and safety standards and guidelines. Support Programme staff to develop procurement plans per project. Contribute to operational planning by leading on logistics plans, close coordination and information sharing with direct line manager, including project managers and technical coordinators. Ensure the procurement of all supplies and service needs (high and low value transactions) as requested by various programs are carried out in a timely and cost effective manner and according to organizational Policy on procurement, and keeping in mind any donor requirements on procurement. Contribute to the improvement in processes, practices and procedures under the logistics and supply chain management. Ensure that all staff and visitors to the office receive appropriate security briefing on arrival and immediately following any security incident (âlessons learned sessionâ) and provide security update during team meetings and monitor, update and disseminate security updates to staff regularly. Administer reporting staff leave schedules and work plans.
To deal all kind of Procurement &Administration activities.
To responsible for all kind of coomincation regarding HR, Procurement & Admin with all districrt as well as donnor office as per orgnizational polices. Also develop the different kind of polices regarding operations and deliver presentation for the implementation of same policies.
To Deal all kind of operations like as HR, Procurement & Admin, also support to Admin team for susssseful events.
Responsible for the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions, organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes. It was responsibility that all vacant positions should be filled properly on urgent basis.
Also Resonsible for the preparation of financial components of the donor reports and funding proposals, Internal & External Audits, Financial & Admin Reports, All Admin record and Financial record updates.
• To entering sales data of combo PTCL cards in the computer
• Verification of sales invoices and budgeting.
• On the sales invoices tax will be deducted on each card.
• Submittion of sale tax invoices, preparing vouchers and reporting of sales invoice
• Communication with the vendors and other regional office regarding their invoices and taxation.
• Issuing of token to the customers of National Bank of Pakistan.
• Learn and done all kinds of remittances in remittance department.
• Accounts openings and cash ledger maintaining.
• Availed trainings of the Deposit, Accounts and Established departments.
• Maintain all kinds of vouchers and issuing of cheque books.
• Learn about the all kinds of S.L.I.C. departments like as lectures.
• Work in Policy level services, personal and general level services and Real states.
• Work in Human resources developments departments etc.

During this Internship there was not practical work just briefed about the organizational set-up and functions of different departments / division of the corporation such as….

• Learn all about the major areas of National Bank departments.
• Record all expenses and match payments of daily basis.
• Work in the payroll section and maintain the payroll books.
• Briefed about the other areas of National Bank of Pakistan.
