Provide NRC beneficiaries with accurate and updated information on the legal and administrative assistance available through the ICL PROGRAME and the other information as required
Conduct coordination meetings with stake holders and partners organizations for smooth implementation of program
Participate on regular overnight field visits to NRC beneficiaries throughout the area of responsibility
Review and prepare administrative requests for referrals to other organizations
Monitor and report on the progress of the administrative requests referred to other organizations/IP’s offices in the province
Maintain updated content information of all NRC beneficiaries who have submitted legal claims and requested administrative assistance by NRC
Maintain updated contact information on all community representatives of NRC beneficiaries throughout the area of responsibility
Maintain a high level of personal competence on all relevant fields governing the ICLA mandate, and actively participate in internal information coordination meetings to enhance and facilitate the implementation of the ICLA activities in Pakistan
Write regular activity reports on the designated area of responsibility

Design, plan and implement advocacy strategy and campaigns for District Governance Groups (DGGs).
Prepare quarterly advocacy plans in coordination with STAEP staff and share it with the organization, FAFEN and TAF on regular basis.
Build capacity of STAEP staff, constituency relation groups (CRGs) and District Governance Groups (DGGs) through providing technical backstopping on advocacy related topics; specially on initiating advocacy campaigns at constituency level.
Liaise and facilitate various stakeholders such as development sector donors, NGOs, private sector, research organizations and academic institutions to mobilize their support for sustainable development initiatives.
Assess and analyze performance of the political parties at district and provincial level in close coordination with FAFEN.
Manage Information and data on advocacy related themes and issues.
Write district and constituency based research reports, abstracts, press releases and other advocacy material.
Regularly monitor and review progress in relation to the consigned results.
Excavate and Report results in the form of relevant case studies/success stories on quarterly basis to the donor.
