6 month working experience as Communication Block officer in the project of UNicef under supervision of Peoples PVT LTD.
I performed following major duties. 
Close coordination with Local Community for community session as well as awareness session regarding PEI & EPI Programe. 
Close Coordination with District health Management team like IRMNCH Staff, Vaccinators and Dengue staff . 
Working as Master trainers. Conducted trainings of Front line workers as well as Supervisors. 
Working as Socail Mobilizer to mobilize the community. 
Main data of Budgeted activities and also arrange refreshment for participents.

2. To prepare Monthly Conditional Cash Grant (MCCG) of each quarter on the basis of monthly evaluation
3. To keep update record of all concerned CICR in terms of their data, MCCG record and exit payment record
4. To document the cases and recommended action for improvement.
5. Organize Workshop with Ullema and other stakeholders on “Prohibition of Early child Marriages Draft Act 2014”
6. Organize Workshop with Volunteers NGO’s/CBO’s on “Community Based Child Protection System”
