Currently, I hold the position of Talent & Organizational Development Manager at Empact Activations Services Pvt Ltd. Previously, I served as a Training Manager at Femprow, overseeing Project Meta\'s (Facebook) SheMeansBusiness Training Program and contributing to the management of Community Policy. I also played a pivotal role in leading the US Consulate General Karachi Project \"Qadam Barhao.\" With over 11 years of experience, I have traveled extensively across Pakistan, mentoring individuals and earning a degree in Organizational Psychology.
My professional qualifications include certifications from Google\'s Foundations of Project Management and the Pakistan Institute of Management\'s ‘Training Needs Analysis.’ I have also completed the \'Train the Young Trainer\' program from the School of Leadership.
Throughout my career, I have focused on employee engagement and hiring skills, working in diverse industries such as Telecom, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, and Textile. I possess expertise in various Human Resources functions, including learning & development, performance management, succession planning, retail recruitment, employee recognition, and employee relations. Additionally, I have been a Guest Speaker and Panelist at various youth conferences.
In my role at Gul Ahmed Textile Mills, I contributed to organizational development by developing job descriptions, standard operating procedures, and implementing a succession planning project. At Chase Value, I revamped SOPs, initiated appreciation procedures, organized annual events for employee recognition, and implemented monthly reward procedures for the sales staff.
Collaborating with the Government of Pakistan, I played a key role in the Competency Based Training & Assessment (CBT&A) Qualification for Retail, in partnership with NAVTTC and TVET Sector Support Programme supported by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ). Additionally, I collaborated with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) on shortlisting candidates and providing comprehensive skill-based training in retail operations and management for Chase Value Centre, Karachi\'s leading retail chain.
I also had the privilege of participating as an Organisational Psychologist on the panel of Iqrar ul Hasan\'s show, addressing the issue of \"Blackmailing.\"

Plan and prepare organizational learning & development strategy, analyze and assess training needs of the organization, maintaining all training records related to training budget, training hours, training attendance, training evaluations, making all weekly, monthly, yearly training analysis reports, delivering trainings according to the needs of employees, introduce new innovative training trends to bridge learning gaps, executing internal training with Human Resource Business Partners & Senior Manager (L&D), coordinate with external training firms to organize development courses for all employees , administering yearly training calendar, ensuring regular updating of training materials and module, arranging & Coordinating training programs in collaboration with consultant firms, managing department headcount database.
Timely organizing trainings for activations, conduct refreshers for activations running for more than a month, grooming checks for Brand Ambassadors before every activation goes on ground, surprise visits to activations and reporting its progress, assisting in conducting seminars in colleges and universities, attend meetings with clients with regards to performance review and activation briefing and Make training decks as per the client\'s needs.
