My primary responsibilities include:
• Assigning work to team and follow-ups.
• Quality check and rectifications of files provided after creation.
• Co-ordination with vendor managers regarding sheets, images regarding cost and products, sheets, updates.
• Content writing in sheet for products if needed i.e. description and key features.
• Quality check and rectifications of previous uploaded data if needed i.e. editing on live products.
• Data hunting and making sheets on excel as per the given format.Set goals and deadlines for the department.
• Quality check of website and maintaining the forum up-to-date.
• Uploading data, and making raw sheets system friendly
• Updating categories, requesting for new taxonomy of categories according to the products added.
• Worked on Shopify and Magento (software) i.e. admin panel for updating products.
• Parties reconciliation and follow up.
• Book keeping, data entries in ledger and reporting.
• Recording of activations of sales by software.
• Maintaining the records of incentives & rebates of sales.
• Co-ordinations with sales officers and parties.
• QC of new and old models.
• Managing and maintaining the logs and records of accounts payables and receivables.

• Liable to deal customer and manage timely delivery of the products to the customers.
• To process financial transactions such as, pay order, demand draft, utility payments, inter funds transfer and foreign currency conversion through the hotline.
• To keep the track of all financial and non-financial through Alternative Distribution Channels.
• To maintain 90% service level and 90% call quality.
• Resolve customer’s complaints received at all call center by coordinating with concerns department.
• Handle silent services, informing customers and personal loans, credit cards and accounts etc.
• Mentoring new call center agents.
