Attend to all e queries with regard to cargo shipments.
Coordinate with the relevant airline cargo department in order to communicate clearly with customers regarding operational discrepancies
Creating shipping documents, including bills, invoices/DO and gate pass.
Handling Import Documents, notifying consignee of the arrival of freight and collects payment for handling charges
Feedback on customers complains via the phone and email in a timely and appropriate manner. Coordinate with the relevant airline cargo department in order to communicate clearly with customers regarding operational discrepancies which have resulted in customer dis-satisfaction. Liaison with Cargo Reservation, Outstations, Sales and Operation teams in order to respond to shipments query and report status back to the customers. Handle irregularities or discrepancies and ensure the concerned departments are involved in resolving the issue. Ensure mis-routed, offloaded, delayed, lost shipments are tracked and timely communicated and follow up is given to the customers.
