Office 365 Administration including exchange Online/On Premise, Skype for Business, Desktop services
On premise system upgrade, Kiosk installations and maintain a HA of services during and after flights.
Provide timely and effective user and field office support on an on-going basis, by assisting in the implementation, administration and operation of new and existing systems and performing first and second line support functions.
Assist in the upkeep of the ICT Infrastructure such as Servers, Desktops, Laptops, Printers and other IT equipment, by regular monitoring, analyzing and resolving the problems. Ensure all the equipment is secured against network threats, protected against virus and backup schedules are adhered. Manage a suitable inventory of spare equipment to ensure availability of spares when required
ADDS, ADFS, ADRMS and GPO related configuration and troubleshooting
Monitor Data Center Environment (PACs, VESDA, Access Control, CCTV etc.)
Monitor Servers, Storage, Network devices, Links, UPS status etc., to ensure business continuity and resolved problems within the specified time frame.
Perform installation, configurations, desktop services, connections startup and shutdown related task etc.
Windows server 2008 R2 and Windows server 2012 services configurations like DNS, DHCP, AD WDS, WPS NPS etc.
Exchange 2013 server and client end troubleshooting.
Conduct day end activities including daily backups, maintenance etc.
Coordinate with vendors in planned and unplanned maintenance, upgrade and support etc.
